Job Title: Data Management Expert This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Management Expert. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in managing multiple databases, including SQL Server, GCP Big Query, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in managing azure resources via Azure Portal, CLI, and other tools. They will also have experience in access management in Azure SQL and GCP Big Query, as well as performance tuning and optimization (PTO) using native monitoring, troubleshooting tools, indexing, and partitioning. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.   • Manage multiple databases, including SQL Server, GCP Big Query, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring system health and performance.
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
  • Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
  • Provide support to application teams, including database connectivity, index creation, implementation of data manipulation (DDL, DML, DCL), and data migration.
  • Monitor performance during all phases of the application development lifecycle.
  • Recommend database configuration for optimal performance.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience as an Azure SQL DBA and GCP Big Query.
  • Good to have PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other cloud databases skillset but not required.
  • Hands-on experience in managing azure resources via Azure Portal, CLI, and other tools.
  • Experience in access management in Azure SQL and GCP Big Query.
  • Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring, troubleshooting tools, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Results-oriented get-it-done personality, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently.
  • Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
  • Genuine desire to provide superior customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to interact with senior management and business customers.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service support and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodology.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid work arrangement.
