Data Governance ManagerJob Description Summary
The Data Governance Manager will be part of the wider Services Analytics team, responsible for delivering data analytics and governance to support GOS service lines and clients. The role involves supporting the data governance program, data management responsibilities, and data quality management for the global services analytics platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the data governance roadmap for the global services analytics platform.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive Data Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Lead a team of Data Analysts/Test Analysts to test data loads, pipelines, and schema changes for new integrations and releases.
- Oversee bug and issue resolution related to data escalations on the platform.
- Collaborate with BI development teams and product owners to review and optimize data models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or data management, with managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Queries and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with Alteryx, Python, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Databricks.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
