Manager, Data Analytics and IntelligenceOverview

Responsible for driving the success of Data Analytics and Intelligence in developing internal capabilities for long term strategic use.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the team to translate social listening tools and dashboards to draw useful insights and actionable interpretation, approaches and solutions.
  • Leads the team to translate media monitoring tools and dashboards to analyze effectiveness of media use, media buys, sponsorships, influencers and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for the application of media analytics for the use of the business.
  • Provides insights for creation of PR, Advocacy and other communications programs and ensure relevancy to desired target market.
  • Responsible for sharing vital information and intelligence on corporate communications for decision making.
  • Ensure frequent updating of models and tools. Integrates research and best practices and draw appropriate solutions.
  • Ensures talent development and career growth.
  • Develop business relationships with internal and external data and analytics partners for benchmarking and draw best practices.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analytics and market in management capacity.
  • 3 years of experience in telco industry is preferred.
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate: This program provides foundational skills in data analysis, including data cleaning, visualization, and reporting.
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP): This certification demonstrates proficiency in analytics and the ability to derive insights from data across various domains.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and formulate actionable insights from social listening and media monitoring.
  • Crisis Management: Knowledge of crisis communication strategies and protocols to effectively report and manage potential issues.
  • Media Measurement Tools: Familiarity with tools for measuring media effectiveness, including metrics for reach, engagement, and ROI evaluation.
  • Training and Development: Experience in designing and conducting training programs focused on data analytics and team development.
  • Technology Proficiency: Skills in evaluating and updating analytics models and tools to ensure they are current and effective.
