The Logistics Staff is responsible for assisting in the efficient management of the company's supply chain, including coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. The role ensures that products are delivered on time, in good condition, and at the lowest possible cost while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor the movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Prepare and process delivery documents such as waybills, invoices, and receiving reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management in warehouses.
- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival at customer locations.
- Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and customers regarding delivery schedules and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and government requirements.
- Assist in handling issues related to transportation delays, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse and delivery operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is an advantage.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, delivery operations, and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics-related systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if necessary.
