- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing records and documents
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and purchasing software
