Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive products
  • Monitor and maintain cold chain integrity across all processes
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Oversee maintenance of refrigeration systems and warehouse equipment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in cold storage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in cold environments and manage physical tasks when needed

Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor – Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor supports the Manager by overseeing daily shift operations, ensuring staff performance, and maintaining product quality in a cold storage environment. This role is hands-on and essential for maintaining workflow and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Monitor temperature logs and ensure proper storage conditions
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety briefings

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Qualifications:
