We are currently looking for a
Logistics Manager
who will lead our warehouse operations with efficiency and precision. The ideal candidate must have experience in logistics and warehouse management, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely and accurate order processing. Coordinate closely with the Head Office for shipment schedules, packaging requirements, and logistics instructions.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock movement and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of deliveries, receipts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Work closely with 3PL for the route planning and schedule pick up of deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry. Must have good communication skills with good stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge in inventory systems, warehouse management tools, and shipping processes.
  • Must be open to do field work at Bulacan warehouse and able to adapt to a multicultural fast-paced environment.
