Recruitment Specialist at Office Beacon LLC

Office Beacon LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoice Processing Specialist to join our operations support team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing, contributing to the efficiency of our finance and administrative operations.

Responsibilities
  • Process and upload client invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct audits and verify invoice information via phone and email communication
  • Assist in processing fuel advances and support related operational procedures
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in special projects and support various operational tasks as needed
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in data entry and administrative support roles
  • Experience in finance or the transportation industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with factoring is an advantage, though not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
