Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description:
- Manage accounts payable using Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Concur.
- Code and post invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly reimbursement and vendor payments.
- Monitor credit card liquidation.
- Reconcile vendor account balance.
- Maintain accurate and complete vendor files.
- Assist with month-end closing and audit processes.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter and able to work both independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and able to accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in the night shift/schedule.
