DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleThe Exclusive Networks PH is looking for Solutions Engineers to join us in Manila. Exclusive Networks is a trusted digital infrastructure specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions.
We are looking for engineers who can be part of Exclusive Network who can exhibit a services-first ideology.
As the Solutions Engineer, you will:- Provide pre-sales support
- Position products, conduct product presentations, size, scope, and create BOMs, conduct POC/POV
- Generate passport services by bundling services and training
- Be responsible for project implementation and support
- Implement projects vs timeline via an agreed scope of works
- Provide timely after-sales support via agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with vendor TAC for HW & SW related issues
- Process RMA for customers
- Conduct health checks & preventive maintenance
The ideal Solutions Engineer:
- Has a degree in BS ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a presales or post-sales engineer for cybersecurity products/solutions
- Must have an understanding of key technologies related to firewalls, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, IDP/IPS, VA/PT, cloud technologies, etc.
- Must be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, conducting presentations, proof of concept, design, implementation & support.
