Relationship Manager (Preferred Segment) - Greenhills

Your Role

The Relationship Manager manages & grows the bank's affluent and high net worth (HNW) customer segment in terms of Investable Assets (IA), fee income, and customer numbers, in line with CFS aspirations and segment's client value proposition (CVP). The incumbent is accountable for the implementation of the segment's customer acquisition, migration, and retention. Additionally, you are expected to collaborate with internal (i.e. Trust, Global Markets) and external counterparts as well as with other CFS units (CD, Cards, Consumer Lending etc.) to ensure deployment of Premier Banking strategies, campaigns, and CVP are properly implemented at the branches.

Your Impact

  • Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share while managing attrition rate of funds.
  • Focus to deliver profitability through a healthy mix of deposit (i.e. CASA/TD) and fee income products (i.e. investments, Bancassurance).
  • Growth of the number of customers via customer acquisition and migration from Branch to Premier.
  • Close collaboration with branch partners to upgrade and grow affluent and HNWI client segment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance, or equivalent.
  • MBA holder will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.
  • Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters.
  • Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage.
