Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Head. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of financial solutions consultants (FSCs) to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of FSCs to ensure they hit their sales targets and meet other business objectives.
  • Maintain and establish good relationships with bank partners to generate and increase sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the selling skills and talent of FSCs through training and field work.
  • Use different managerial techniques to identify and develop the potential of FSCs to reach maximum growth.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Minimum 3-to-5-year solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
