
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-orientedBusiness Development Executiveto spearhead new client acquisition, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a preference for experience within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client AcquisitionIdentify, qualify, and pursuenew business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead channels.
Conduct thoroughmarket researchto identify emerging industry trends and understand potential client needs.
Build and manage a robust sales pipelineto consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposalsthat are specifically tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value.
Leaddiscovery calls and meetingswith prospective clients to deeply understand their pain points and effectively offer customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding creative, strategy, and operations to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and alignment with company capabilities.
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationshipswith key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure asmooth and effective handoverof newly signed clients to the account management teams.
Activelyattend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesto promote the company and expand its reach.
Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and client acquisition costs.
Provide valuableinsights and feedbackto inform and improve offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Contribute tostrategic planning, growth forecasting, and market expansioninitiatives.
Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4–6 years of experiencein business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsare essential.
Proven track recordof consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity withCRM tools(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.
Demonstratedentrepreneurial mindsetand a proactive, self-starter attitude.
