About the RoleThe Recruitment Development Manager will be in charge of conducting and executing strategies & recruitment initiatives, engagement activities, and learning sessions, as well as recruitment pipeline reports to the SMT and Agency Leaders. Reports & Progress follow-through (status/progress) in coding journey, exam results, and recruitment promos and initiatives. Execute strategies and action plans in partnership with the Sales Management Team: Ensure successful implementation of the Department's strategies and plans on the ground.

Collaborate on the execution of Zonal Recruitment Initiatives with the Sales Management Team. Provide Performance & Pipeline Business Review & Recommendations down to BDMs and Agency Leaders. Design and implement engagement activities and Recruitment Roadshows focused on learning sessions/skills training in Recruitment.

Monitor and push on progress and adoption of the agency leaders' month on month on the premier recruitment programs of AIA on the ground.
