Required Qualifications

● Minimum of 3 years experience in a contact center or recruitment operations environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity

● Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a track record of driving team performance

● Demonstrated ability to manage team workflows, priorities, and schedules

● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

● Ability to work in US night shift hours

● Proficient in using multiple tools and systems to manage job matching processes

● Comfortable making multiple outbound calls for job coordination purposes

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in a US-based RPO or volume hiring environment

● Familiarity with recruitment CRM or ATS tools

● Experience in scaling teams or contributing to startup operations

● Passion for coaching others and enabling career growth

● Strong background in customer support or sales, with a track record of driving results and meeting KPIs

● Experience in building or improving systems and managing high-performing teams (10+ members) in fast-paced environments

● Proven ability to influence outcomes through sales, persuasion, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Location: On-site –  Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines

Work Schedule: PHT 11PM–8AM Monday–Friday
