Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant – Go High Level Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in using Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel building, and client management. As a GHL Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining workflows, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and supporting both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage Go High Level CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, calendars, email systems).
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
  • Stay updated on new Go High Level features, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Previous VA or agency experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with US or international clients.
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Google Workspace, Meta Ads, or other integrations.
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not required).
