Digital Sales Assistant

The Digital Sales Assistant provides dedicated support to sales managers by managing CRM/OMS processes, proposal creation, and pipeline accuracy. This role ensures sales teams can focus on client engagement while administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks are handled efficiently
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Prepare and update proposals, order forms, and reporting decks.
- Manage onboarding/order forms, ticket submissions, and CRM/OMS tracking.
- Handle budget count requests and maintain sales pipeline data accuracy.
- Support sales managers with CRM updates, reporting, and admin tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, operations, or client services.
- Strong CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
