Position: On-site Virtual Assistant (Cebu IT Park)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Philippine Time)
Client Time Zone: United Kingdom
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable On-site Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in Cebu IT Park. You'll be supporting a UK-based client by handling day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth communication and task management across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, organize inboxes, and respond to messages professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders using shared calendars
- Maintain accurate records and organize digital files or documents
- Assist with data entry, research, and report preparation
- Coordinate with team members or clients to ensure timely follow-ups
- Support CRM data updates and light task automation (experience is a plus)
- Handle other general administrative and office support duties as needed
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant work preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
