Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and contribute to strategic manpower planning at Alliance Software Inc.
Your Role:Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-volume pipeline of candidates across various technical positions.
- Pre-screening new applications and identifying qualified applicants.
- Attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Organizing exam schedules and preparing necessary documents and materials.
- Administering and checking technical exams.
- Contributing to strategic planning for manpower needs.
- Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Completing related tasks to accomplish HR department and organization missions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related course.
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing for IT & BPO industries is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good level of maturity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
