Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or related clerical work (fresh graduates are welcome).
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, records management).
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR policies is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
