Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines A-Z Animal Wellness International Veterinary Corp. Full time ₱104,000 - ₱130,878 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Employee Scheduling and Coordination

-Manage and update employees' schedules, particularly for Drivers and Convenience Store staff.

-Ensure timely adjustments and communication of schedule changes.

2. Recruitment & Hiring Support

-Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.

-Conduct initial recruitment screening tasks, such as:

-Administering applicant questionnaires and pre-employment tests

-Inputting data and scoring exam results

-Performing background checks

-Pre-qualifying applicants prior to endorsement to the HR Officer

-Coordinate with the HR Admin Staff for proper documentation and scheduling.

3. Training & Development

-Monitor and update records of employees' continuing education.

-Assist in organizing symposiums, training sessions, and other learning and development activities.

4. Compensation & Benefits

-Assist in the computation and processing of various employee incentives, including but not limited to:

· Veterinarian Sales Performance Incentive

· Vet Tech & Nurse Performance Incentives

· Veterinarian and Vet Tech Surgery Incentives

· Handler and Groomer Incentives

-Ensure timely and accurate documentation, coordination with finance/payroll, and proper communication to eligible staff.

5. Onboarding & Offboarding

-Conduct onboarding orientation including company history, mission, vision, core values, and policies.

-Manage the exit interview process and coordinate clearance procedures for resigning employees.

6. Administrative HR Support

-Facilitate ticket booking requests as necessary.

-Assist with PTR (Professional Tax Receipt) processing and monitor S2 license renewal.

-Process and assist with Globe-related applications and concerns, if applicable.

-Post birthday greetings and employee movements (e.g., promotions, transfers, anniversaries).

-Carry out other tasks assigned by the HR Officer on a time-to-time basis.

7. Timekeeping & Attendance

-Assist with medical staff DTR (Daily Time Record) tracking and timekeeping processes.
