Overview

As the Maintenance Planning Supervisor at Styrotech Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's manufacturing facilities. In this full-time position based in Meycauayan City Bulacan, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance planning and scheduling to optimise asset performance and minimise downtime.

What you'll be doing
  • Supervision & Coordination: Assigning tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of duties, and aligning maintenance schedules with the Production Planning Head.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Developing preventative maintenance schedules, managing corrective and emergency repairs for production and auxiliary machines, and overseeing work orders and purchase requisitions. Updates maintenance programs in the CMMS, including parts and scope of work details.
  • Inspection & Assessment: Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential equipment issues.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
  • Resource Management: Overseeing inventory of spare parts and supplies, managing budgets, and monitoring procurement processes for parts and engineering materials.
  • Training & Development: Guiding and training maintenance staff in the use of CMMS and SAP systems to foster professional growth.
  • Communication & Reporting: Providing senior management with regular updates on maintenance performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) like PM/CM ratio and work order completion.
What we're looking for
  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, or a 2-year technical graduate with at least two years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or electromechanical skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, and repair of thermoforming, extrusion, and peripheral machinery.
  • Experienced with electrical systems, including PLCs, inverters, motor controls, and pneumatics.
  • Proficient in CAD, Excel, and Word.
