Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects to the supervisor.
  • Package, label, and stack products for storage or shipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment as directed.
  • Support inventory control and restocking of materials and supplies.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy items
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of safety and quality standards.
