Job Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to lead a team of production personnel and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of production personnel to achieve production targets, quality, and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines while maintaining site resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, quality assurance, human resources, and safety to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime and rejections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years of strategic corporate HR experience from a multinational company, handled Mla.
  • Able to create succession planning.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
