Job Summary:

The Safety, Security & Facilities Supervisor ensures a secure and well-maintained workplace by overseeing security operations, facility maintenance, and safety compliance. This role involves supervising security personnel, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce safety and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and company assets

Supervise security personnel and monitor safety compliance

Oversee facility maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of buildings, equipment, and utilities

Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and emergency drills

Ensure compliance with local safety, security, and environmental regulations

Manage CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for enhanced security

Coordinate with external agencies (fire department, law enforcement, contractors) when needed

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Engineering, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in safety, security, and facilities supervision

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of building maintenance, safety protocols, and security systems

Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours
