  • Plans and manages total Maintenance operations including service integrity and client service.
  • Manages employees according to growing work demand, work objectives setting, training and resolutions of departmental issues; instills proper behavior among Maintenance Logistics and Motor Pool staff by processing incident reports and dispensing of appropriate disciplinary actions; coordinates manpower efforts on project implementation of health and safety procedures.
  • Develops and implements effective distribution management system in close collaboration with other concerned departments
  • Develops and recommends operating budget with proper control systems to ensure the efficiency of operation within the cost, revenue and profit margin parameters in the following expenses: Over-Head, Fuel, Toll Fees and expenses on Repair & Maintenance
  • Leads in the setting-up and enforcement of organizational policies, systems, procedures, guidelines and undertakes the personnel selections, orientations, training and evaluation.
  • In-charge in developing, planning and implementing of new and improved guidelines and procedures for upgrading of systems to achieve department expectations.
  • Monitors work performance and provides directions; supports Logistics & Motor Pool Key personnel and staff for the purpose of assisting them in the successful completion of their work and achieving a high level of performance.
  • Manages Motor Pool staff in performing repairs and maintenance and operations of transport vehicles, equipment and systems for the purpose of asset preservation and providing a safe and functional environment
  • Reviews diagnosis on reported malfunctions & determines repairs, service and/or maintenance requirements of trucks and vehicles for the purpose of ensuring proper operations.
  • Maintains motor pool facilities in a clean, safe and orderly manner for the purpose of providing a safe organized and efficient yard operations
  • Develops and submits standard operations reports required by the management and other concerned departments:
