Position: Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales through proactive outreach efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our products/services to meet those needs.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.
  • Track and manage lead information in CRM software.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
  • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and sales processes to help improve strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Persistent, results-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market related to our products/services is beneficial but not required.
