Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing candidate to grow our restaurant sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's brand presence, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This role involves managing all marketing efforts, including social media management, Google Ads, event creation and coordination, managing online reviews, content generation, and marketing campaigns based on CRM data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel/restaurant sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
- Responsible for increase in sales volume
- Partnership: Forge strategic partnerships with corporates, embassies, and other organizations to expand the restaurant's reach and client base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and all stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify and tap opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our restaurant products and services.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote the restaurant's image and offerings. Manage the restaurant's social media profiles, creating engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize for maximum ROI. Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Zomato and TripAdvisor, maintaining a positive reputation and addressing feedback constructively.
- Create compelling marketing materials and content for various channels, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging. Plan and coordinate in-house events, ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to market special menus and promotions effectively.
- Sales & Marketing Budget: Develop and manage sales & marketing budgets, and performance metrics. Track marketing campaign results, providing reports on key metrics and insights for continuous improvement. Bring in additional vendors such as graphic designers and photographers and oversee all coordination with them.
- Have experience in fine dining, Chinese cuisine, and corporate sales.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, particularly in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, Google Ads, TripAdvisor and other search engines. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an in-house role within the restaurant industry.
