We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Remote Sales Coach to train, mentor, and elevate our sales representatives, shaping the success of both outbound cold sales and inbound warm-lead teams.

About the Role

As a Remote Sales Coach, you will:

  • Train and mentor reps handling both outbound cold sales and inbound warm leads.
  • Teach proven closing techniques and share your own successful strategies.
  • Lead weekly onboarding sessions for new groups of representatives.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with management to align training with company sales goals.

This is a role where your leadership and skills directly shape the success of our sales teams.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience (closing deals and exceeding quotas)
  • 4+ years of experience coaching, training, or mentoring sales teams
  • Strong ability to teach, motivate, and transfer practical selling skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time-management skills
