Gigahertz, the country's trusted leader in consumer electronics retail, is seeking a
Sales Head
who will take full ownership of driving sales performance across our 45 locations nationwide.
This is a pivotal leadership role, focused on
strategic decision-making, sales growth, and team performance
. We are looking for a leader who thrives on accountability, builds winning sales strategies, and delivers consistent results.
What You'll Do
- Own all sales results across Gigahertz with accountability for achieving ambitious targets.
- Design and implement high-impact sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and coach sales teams nationwide to elevate performance.
- Identify opportunities from market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize revenue potential.
- Ensure clear alignment and execution between head office and branch sales operations.
Who We're Looking For
- A senior sales leader with
8–10 years of proven experience
in retail, consumer electronics, or related industries. - Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet or exceed challenging sales goals.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into winning strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Highly accountable, results-driven, and strategic in thinking and execution.
