About the Role:

We are looking for a
Non-Technical Trainer and Sales Process Coach
to work with a team in a variety of areas within a retail client environment.

The
Non-Technical Trainer and Sales Process Coach
will be expected to succeed at the following tasks:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Leader Role:

  • Provide in-Dealership training and personalised Coaching to Dealership Sales Management, to assist their achievement of world best sales process practice and improved Sales Consultant productivity by;

  • Continuous coaching of Sales Management and their control of all showroom activity in a

supportive way

  • Implementing a formal Sales process and highlighting the importance of adhering to it

  • Ensuring that in the Dealership, training becomes a way of life… the Dealership is always

developing and coaching their Sales staffs using metrics

  • Manage Project for all major product launch projects including;

  • Coordinate review and customisation/ localisation of all launch-related content developed

by Central Academy based on PH product specifications;

  • In-charge of Product TTT cascades to Local Coaches;

  • Developing of product 6-point walkaround VDO

  • Coordinate the development of training material to support minor launches and updates

  • Coach and implementor of Guest experience -Sales programs to Dealers
  • Delivery of Master Classes contents developed by Central Academy
  • Prepare Guest Experience and L&D Reports
  • Performs Guest Experience Service Assessments

Support Role:

  • Manage Publication of digital content (launch and CX) on client platform
  • Work with Client Group Philippines' Dealer Development and Guest Experience Team and support the development of launch and CX Content

Who We're Looking For:

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with the following qualification backgrounds:

Experience:

  • At least 10 years work experience in Sales and Training from the Automotive Industry (OEM, NSC, Distributor, and/or Dealer)

Qualifications:

  • Philippines permanent work rights only
  • Graduate of a 4-year course
  • Willing to travel regularly to deliver coaching and training at dealers nationwide
  • Great communicator
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Process-oriented
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Can Do Attitude
  • Knows how to drive and owns a car
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in AI applications related to Training and Development
  • Good command in spoken and written in English
