    50% Domestic Travel to deliver training and coaching at dealers nationwide

About the Role:

We are looking for a
Non-Technical Trainer/Coach
to work with a team in a variety of areas within a retail client environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads the following:

  • Delivery of Core Courses & Master Classes; Virtual Class Training (Soft Skills and Digital)
  • Professional Sales Consultant Courses, ACE, Social Selling, etc.
  • SME for Digital Programs such as Lead Management System, Digital Sales Tools, Online Service Booking, OneCX
  • Deliver training requirements on eCommerce, LMS, DST, PDW, Product Training, and Extended Service Business
  • Develop Quick Reference Guide on Product with Nameplate as well as with Comparo on Wingspan
  • Dealer and user support - specifically on LMS and DST
  • Localize digital eLearning and micro-learning content
  • Help desk and User support on all digital related programs with SOW.
  • Prepare necessary reports and feedback
  • Other tasks that will be requested by Immediate Supervisor

Supports the following:

  • Development of digital product content required by Automotive client.
  • Utilization of Wingspan functionality
  • Dealer and user engagement of Wingspan platform
  • Onboarding of New Dealers
  • Test drive events, Motor Shows, Corporate Account Presentations, etc.

Who We're Looking For:

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with the following qualification backgrounds:

Experience:

  • Automotive Industry Experience – OEM, NSC, and/or Dealer
  • Strong training background. Preferably with Sales or Business Development background.
  • Can drive; has a valid driver's license. Preferably owns a car

Qualifications:

  • Philippines permanent work rights only
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Willing to travel regularly to deliver coaching and training at dealers nationwide
  • Great communicator
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Process-oriented
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Can Do Attitude
  • Knows how to drive and owns a car
  • Proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in using AI for improved productivity
  • Good command in spoken and written English
