Estate and Activation Officer

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, community activation, and promotional activities of the Technopark.

The role ensures the estate is efficiently managed, secure, compliant with standards, and positioned as a vibrant hub for both industrial and commercial locators. This includes estate administration, facilities coordination, tenant support, and the development of programs that activate and enhance the Technopark's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estate Management & Operations
  • Monitor daily estate operations including security, utilities, sanitation, landscaping, and common area maintenance.
  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and utility companies to ensure uninterrupted services and compliance with service standards.
  • Assist in implementing estate rules and regulations to maintain order, safety, and sustainability within the estate.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives aligned with local regulations and corporate standards.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Tenant Relations & Support
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Facilitate tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and coordination of necessary permits and approvals.
  • Organize periodic tenant meetings to address issues, share updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with locators to foster a collaborative and engaged estate community.
Activation & Community Engagement
  • Conceptualize and implement estate activation programs such as tenant mixers, wellness activities, trade fairs, holiday events, and CSR projects to create a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Leasing teams to promote estate amenities, events, and opportunities for collaboration among tenants.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and community groups for joint events and initiatives.
  • Drive campaigns to enhance the estate's identity as a premier mixed-use commercial and industrial destination.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Prepare regular estate activity reports, tenant updates, and incident reports for management review.
  • Assist in budget monitoring for estate operations and activation programs.
  • Maintain updated records of tenants, service providers, permits, and contracts.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements, licenses, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate/Property Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in estate management, property administration, facilities management, or community activation.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (industrial locators, commercial tenants, local partners).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute community events.
  • Knowledge of safety, security, and estate maintenance best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and estate/property management systems is an advantage.
