Job Description:
- Functional Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and file contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents
- Monitor corporate and regulatory compliance in compliance with governance requirements
- Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain a regulatory calendar
- Edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents
- Coordinate and monitor calendar of meetings
- Special Duties and Projects
- File and monitor incorporation documents for company projects with the DHSUD
- File and monitor incorporation documents for company projects with the SEC
- All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Knowledgeable in basic legal compliance
- Experience in legal aspect of property management is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Legal research and legal writing
- Preferably with background on DHSUD/SEC filing
- Willing to be assigned in Southwoods, Biñan Laguna.
