MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of any Engineering Course
  • With 1 to 2 years of experience in application and processing of DHSUD Permits, Deed of Donations, and has basic knowledge in Engineering and Property Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proficient in reading and comprehending technical drawings and designs
  • Knowledgeable in DHSUD Process and Compliances
  • Can work and collaborate effectively with different Departments, Organizations and LGUs

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Efficient permit monitoring and timely renewal/application of Post Development Permits to DHSUD.
  • Coordination with PMD for Projects that are subject to HOA Turnover and Processing of Deed of Donations to respective LGUs.
  • Reports and assists PDD Sr. Lead on all other tasks that will be assigned to them by the PDD Sr. Head from time to time.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly report per site re: status of the following:

  • Incomplete Developer Deliverables for each project subject for PMD turnover to HOA residents.

  • DHSUD Permits Monitoring (for application of Extension for Time to Develop)

    -Statuses of Project Completion for application of DHSUD COC

    -Draft department budget

  • Collaborates with other departments and third-party contractors on the walkthrough of the newly acquired properties.

  • Prepares the raw land for the installation of temporary fences to avoid encroachment.
