Overview

We are looking for an Acquisitions, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to drive growth and efficiency across our revenue-generating teams. In this hybrid role, you will shape our GTM strategy, optimize our sales and marketing processes, and manage our acquisitions pipeline. This position directly impacts our company's growth by bridging strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisitions Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and acquire new customers. This includes managing the acquisitions funnel from lead generation and qualification to conversion.
  • Revenue Operations: Manage and optimize the technology stack, processes, and data that support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, including CRM administration, sales tool implementation, data analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute our GTM strategy, identify new market opportunities, develop product launch plans, and align with all customer-facing teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership and team managers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to reduce friction and improve productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure revenue operations and GTM efforts align with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a role combining acquisitions, RevOps, or GTM strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to various audiences.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.
