The role:
GTM Engineering & Marketing Ops

As a Marketing Operations & GTM Systems Manager, you'll be joining a global leader in visual assistance software. You'll play an imporfant role by managing their entire marketing tech stack from HubSpot to AI tools-to build automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll own and optimize marketing technology stack including platforms like HubSpot to support campaign execution and lead management.

  • You will implement AI-powered workflows using tools such as and ChatGPT to streamline prospecting, lead nurturing, and outreach.

  • You'll ensure data is clean and synchronized across all tools and build dashboards to monitor performance metrics and ROI.

  • Develop lead scoring and segmentation models to improve pipeline quality, and you'll oversee email deliverability and performance.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams.

  • You'll document processes and train teammates on best practices to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

Must haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations with an experience of managing tech stacks and executing campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered GTM tools like and ChatGPT as well as automation APIs and data enrichment platforms.

  • Strong systems-thinking skills, capable of creating and scaling new processes from the ground up.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • A deep understanding of data architecture, lead lifecycles, lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution models.
