The role: GTM Engineering & Marketing Ops

As a Marketing Operations & GTM Systems Manager, you'll be joining a global leader in visual assistance software. You'll play an important role by managing their entire marketing tech stack from HubSpot to AI tools to build automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms like HubSpot, to support campaign execution and lead management.
  2. Implement AI-powered workflows using tools such as and ChatGPT to streamline prospecting, lead nurturing, and outreach.
  3. Ensure data is clean and synchronized across all tools and build dashboards to monitor performance metrics and ROI.
  4. Develop lead scoring and segmentation models to improve pipeline quality, and oversee email deliverability and performance.
  5. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  6. Document processes and train teammates on best practices to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

Must haves:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations with experience managing tech stacks and executing campaigns.
  2. Hands-on experience with AI-powered GTM tools like and ChatGPT, as well as automation APIs and data enrichment platforms.
  3. Strong systems-thinking skills, capable of creating and scaling new processes from the ground up.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. A deep understanding of data architecture, lead lifecycles, lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution models.
