Job Title: GTM Systems Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a GTM Systems Architect. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient individual who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing system-level solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their Go-To-Market operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems—primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
  • You will work closely with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.

Solution Overview:

  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
