Job Responsibilities:

  1. Development and preparation of training:
  • Conduct research on current training methods, trends, and practices to benchmark best practices.
  • Design sales presentation tools, training manuals, sales aids, and other pertinent tools needed by the distribution channels.
  • Design training needs analysis tools and instruments to improve existing programs.
  • Conduct workplace assessments for advisors to determine competencies gained.
Conduct of training programs and related activities:
  • Conduct basic and advanced training programs for advisors and managers.
  • Assist in training-related activities of the distribution.
  • Provide assistance to advisors and clients in answering queries or direct them to proper channels.
Office Administration:
  • Conduct post-training evaluations.
  • Prepare reports on training turnout and assessment results.
  • Assist in the accreditation of new trainers and prepare them to conduct training programs.
  • Disseminate monthly training schedules to branches/offices.
  • Promote business growth through training information dissemination.
  • Handle budget requests for training programs.
  • Monitor expenses and materials during trainings.
  • Liquidate cash advances within the company's specified turnaround time.
  • Attend to internal/external customer inquiries regarding company profile, product benefits, etc.
  • Advise internal customers on procedures and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education (preferably B.S. Psychology, Business Management/Administration, or any business-related course).
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Significant experience in facilitation and training.
  • Knowledge of sales training, facilitation, and workplace assessment.
