About the role

As the Front Office Manager at BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort, you will be responsible for leading and managing the hotel's front office operations. In this full-time role, you will be based in Batangas City, Batangas, and will play a key part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth running of the hotel.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office, including reception, concierge, and guest services
  2. Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Manage and schedule the front office team, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities
  4. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
  6. Maintain a high level of customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a front office management role within the hospitality industry
  2. Must have revenue management background
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Excellent customer service orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
  5. Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  8. Fluency in English and the local language(s)
