Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across departments (e.g., retail, technical, finance, corporate).

  • Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, company website).

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

  • Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment events.

  • Provide recruitment reports and metrics as needed by the Recruitment Supervisor.

  • Support employer branding and internal referral initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or administrative HR functions (internship experience may be considered).

  • Experience in retail, tech, or finance industry recruitment is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
