- College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Must be highly adaptable and flexible with an exceptional ability to work under pressure.
- Must demonstrate good leadership and strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Willing to be assign in San Juan City
Job Description
1. Implements recruitment initiatives such as HR networks, referral system, job fairs school tie-ups, etc.
2. Manages online job advertisements of assigned manpower requirements.
3. Facilitates recruitment, selection and hiring activities to ensure that all vacant positions are filled-up on time.
4. Ensures that recruited employees are encoded in Masterlist and HRIS (EDS).
5. Discusses pre-employment requirements and assist on on-boarding (i.e. government forms, ATM application, new employee requirements, etc.).
6. Create 201 folders for the ones recruited and assigned custodian of all recruitment files including employee 201 folders.
7. Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as
a. Filing of application forms/CVs and its safekeeping
b. Organizing recruitment timetables such as
i. Schedule of interviews and job application written tests
ii. Shortlisting of candidates for interview by the requesting manager or panel interview, as needed.
iii. Approved Job offer
iv. Employment contracts
v. Submission of employment documents
vi. Safekeeping of all relevant papers and documents
8. Responsible in creation and issuance of company ID.
9. Process background checks of newly hired employees.
Maintain candidate database and weekly updates of recruitment report.
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
Recommend / Improve new employee's on-boarding program.
Candidates Pool or Database.
Perform other functions/responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior and the Management.
