
Recruitment Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant will support the recruitment team in executing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple branches, including new locations in Timog and BGC. This role is essential in ensuring timely and efficient staffing by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare and organize pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and branch-level hiring activities.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and confidentiality

- Willingness to travel to branch locations when necessary
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak hiring periods
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
