Position Overview

The Recruitment Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely placement of hires. The role will also handle onboarding processes for new employees and may be assigned to other HR functions through a job rotation program to support organizational needs and career development.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain active job listings.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments (phone/email screening).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment databases.
  • Assist in preparing candidate evaluation summaries and endorsement reports.

Onboarding Activities

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
  • Prepare onboarding kits and ensure timely completion of employee documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations, including company policies and culture introduction.
  • Ensure smooth handover of new hires to their respective departments.
  • Monitor the first 90 days of employment for proper assimilation and gather feedback.

HR Job Rotation (as needed)

  • Provide support in other HR functions such as Employee Relations, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Administration.
  • Assist in payroll data preparation, attendance monitoring, or leave management as required.
  • Support HR compliance activities such as government reporting, audit preparation, and policy dissemination.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements across different functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months–1 year of HR or recruitment-related experience (fresh graduates with internship exposure may be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • Willing to be cross-trained in various HR functions.

Work Arrangement
  • Monday - Saturday, 9AM to 6PM
  • In-person
  • Holiday duty may be required (as needed, with additional premium pay)
