Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible for processing and activating new accounts, managing customer billing details, and fostering strong relationships with various departments. You will also handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails, ensuring compliance with established procedures while keeping service policies up to date.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 1 year of BPO customer service experience.
- Willingness to handle calls, faxes, and emails from customers.
- Must be open to shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
- Integrity and trustworthiness in all professional interactions.
- Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Daily Tasks
- Process and activate new accounts, additions, and pass issuances.
- Handle cancellations, suspensions, credit notes, and lost pass reissues.
- Maintain customer billing details and implement requested variations.
- Update the database with approved rate increases and process necessary credit notes.
- Build and sustain relationships with Car Park Area Managers and key stakeholders.
- Assist the State CRM with maintaining shared template files and conducting car park audits.
- Manage incoming calls, faxes, and emails according to process statements.
- Ensure customer service policies and procedures are consistently updated.
- Support special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
