Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Builds relationships of trust through open and interactive communications.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, needs, and feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Performs other tasks which may be required by the position.
- Answers customers' inquiries via online live chat tool and email.
Skills and Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in customer service is required.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft platform applications.
- Flexible, professional, and has a strong focus under pressure.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Team player.
- Can work on night shifts and/or shifting, rotational schedules and/or during holidays.
- Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City.
Benefits:
- PHP 50,000 yearly medical reimbursement & HMO (Maxicare).
- Food & Travel/Transportation Allowance: PHP 10,100 monthly.
- Salary increase upon regularization (after 6 months probation).
- Monthly team building budget.
- Vacation Leave - 15 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 20 days. Unused VL is converted into cash at the end of the year (VL Encashment).
- Sick Leave - 15 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 20 days.
- Emergency Leave - 2 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 5 days.
