**Job Overview:**

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and inquiries in accordance with standard policies and procedures. As a Healthcare Representative, you will interact with customers to provide them with information and assistance on our client's products and services over the phone.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience for our clients.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed 2 years of college (with no back subjects) and at least 1 year of experience in International Voice Account. You must also possess good English communication skills and strong customer orientation skills.
