What Will You Do?As the Client Success Manager , you will represent UnifyCX in building trustworthy, long-term partnerships with our clients. This role will oversee all account activity and ensure client satisfaction and account growth. The Client Services Advocate is a client-facing role that will require conversations on strategy, operations, and tactical approaches to solving problems.
Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who are strong, articulate communicators who know the importance of a partnership.
The position will be based in our call center in the Glas Tower building in Pasig City, but will also consider a remote or hybrid role with approval and adequate bandwidth. You will need to be flexible to meet clients or management/executives on site as required. In this role, you will:
- Directly oversee the relationship of the UnifyCX key accounts, bringing strategic insights for the client and ensuring that our team is delivering against objectives, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Increase account growth through strategic, value-add discussions
- Continually improve client retention and overall client satisfaction; keep close watch over and maintain communication to proactively ensure we’re listening to and taking care of our clients
- Facilitate client engagement and drive best-in-class results and client satisfaction by obtaining ongoing client (internal and external) feedback to assess performance against objectives
- Build Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Operational Business Review presentations.
- Prepare and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Assist our Business Development team on major new business pitches as needed
- Promote team-wide knowledge sharing and learning from account experience
- Other duties as assigned
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of account/client management experience
- Full understanding of, and experience in, the BPO or Contact Center space
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in presenting to client audiences
- Proven track record of successfully growing accounts
- Ability to anticipate our clients’ needs and fulfill their requests, weighing financial and productivity variables
- Ability to present ideas and create proposals to all levels of an organization
- Be flexible in your schedule as UnifyCX clients have a global presence
- Possess a positive attitude and patient personality - it’s a MUST
- Experience in Client Relations: 3–5 years in managing client relationships, preferably in a customer-focused or service-oriented role.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams, managing client success, or handling escalated client issues.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to understand client needs and provide tailored advocacy.
- Problem-Solving: Experience in conflict resolution and effectively addressing client concerns while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Sales or Account Management: Background in upselling, cross-selling, or maintaining client satisfaction to drive long-term business growth.
