Position: Client Success Manager
Responsibilities- Take the lead on clients' ecommerce business strategies, working in close collaboration to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost their digital footprint
- Utilize data analysis to monitor performance indicators such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and AOV (Average Order Value), using these insights to guide strategic decision-making and business growth
- Present comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including specifics on effective merchandising, content creation, and marketing strategies for improving online presence
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business enhancements within existing client relationships, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive the overall success of clients' ecommerce businesses
- 2+++ years of eCommerce enabling or platform experience
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, adaptable to new tools
- Experience with Data Studio and/or Power BI preferred
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective problem-solving
- Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply
